1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing services from Kemo IPTV, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Subscription & Single-Login Policy
Subscribers are entitled to access streams up to the authorized connection limit specified in their plan (1, 2, 3, or 4 simultaneous devices). Sharing credentials beyond the purchased device limit violates terms and may lead to automated temporary suspension by our connection management system.
3. Service Availability
We maintain server clusters with a 99.9% uptime target. Scheduled maintenance or emergency routing improvements are performed during off-peak hours to minimize disruption.
4. Payment & Renewal
All payments for 1, 6, or 12-month plans are one-time payments. Subscriptions do not renew automatically without explicit user authorization, ensuring complete financial control.
